Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges

- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Review Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- You’re within the 15-day return window from your delivery date
- The item is in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- You have your original order confirmation or packing slip
Step 2: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. You can email us directly at [email protected] using the template below:

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once you receive return authorization:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or a note with your order number
- Ship to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation that your return has been processed
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed
Refund Information
Refunds are processed to your original payment method with the following timelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Helmets – Due to safety regulations and hygiene concerns
- Bandages & Bandage Wraps – For hygiene reasons once packaging is opened
- Cold Water Boots & Ice Boots – Once removed from original packaging
- Any items that show signs of use, wear, or have been removed from original packaging in a way that prevents resale
We appreciate your understanding that these restrictions help ensure the safety and quality standards our equestrian community relies on.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), international returns follow the same process. Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in your original payment currency
- Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
