Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We offer two shipping options:

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • All helmets
  • Bandages & bandage wraps (once packaging is opened)
  • Cold water boots & ice boots (once removed from original packaging)
  • Any items showing signs of use or wear

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
